To make a Blinkie:

2 - Press print screen next to F12 on your keyboard
3 - Open Paint - paste, crop, alter & save as a Bitmap
5 - Download Giffy - load the Bmp & save as Gif
6 - Download UnFREEze - load your blinkie Gifs & animate them!
